Because of the nature of our services, just like the Sheriff’s Office, we require payment in advance of services being performed. You can make a payment online via a link that will be sent to you after we receive your order, or you can place a check in the mail. We do not have to receive the check to begin service. As long as the check is placed in the mail (ie: postmarked), we will begin service in good faith.
We do make exceptions to our pre-payment policy for clients that submit more than 5 orders per month. If you would meet this requirement, reach out to us and let’s have a conversation.
For repeat customers, payment is due within 24 hours following receipt of an affidavit of service. Do not offer Net 30 payment terms or wait for “the next check run” for payment to be sent.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, e-check, Cash App, Venmoe, money orders, and checks. If you’re making a check, the check must be postmarked for us to begin service.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our payment policy might cause! We ask for your understanding with regards to our payment policy, as we’re process servers not office administrators. We want to spend our time in the field serving process! Requiring prepayment not only protects us from potential losses, it also allows us to minimize the time we spend on administrative tasks so we can be out in the field looking for your defendants.
