Questions And Answers

We think outside the box. For example, we do not usually hold papers in our hands when we go to the door. This is a dead giveaway that we’re process servers. What we wear and the kind of car we drive also make a difference, as well as how we engage the person that answers the door.

Certainly. Depending on the complexity of the case, we can implore a variety of surveillance techniques to perfect service. There’s an hourly ‘wait time’ charge that will apply, in addition to our standard service fee.

Yes, we certainly are. Our owner holds certification through the Georgia Sheriff’s Association, the entity tasked with certifying process servers in Georgia, which includes passing a thorough examination of Georgia laws concerning service of process administered by the Administrative Offices of the Courts, appropriate bonding and insurance, and 5 hours yearly continuing education.

You bet! We are people-finder (skip tracing) experts! If your defendant or subject is in our area, we can find them for you. There is an additional cost for this service, but our skip-tracing fees are a fraction of what our competitors charge!

Absolutely. We actually specialize in serial evaders. There are a variety of methods we can employ to get your documents served. It’s important that we know upfront that the subject has a history of evading service, so we can employ the right tactics to perfect service. There’s an additional charge for these types of serves, in most cases. Reach out to us for a quote today!

Yes and No. We’re appointed in lots of courts, but not all courts. There are hundreds of courts in Georgia, so it would be impossible to be appointed in all of them. But we are appointed in most courts in our geographic coverage area, and in most Atalnta-area courts. Contact us today to inquire about your specific court. Note also that court appointments are not necessary for Georgia subpoenas, US District Court cases, or cases issued out of courts located outside the state of Georgia.

Our owner holds a BBA in Business Management, an MA in Education, three additional, unrelated master’s degrees, and a professional doctorate degree. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Association of Professional Process Servers, and is an active member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers. Above all else, Trinity Process boasts an impeccable review rating! With nearly 200 Google reviews submitted to datewe are honored to have a 5-star rating. 100% of our reviews are 5-star ratings [ie: no 4-star ratings, 3-star ratings, etc]. We actually have over 400 5-star ratings, but Google’s algorithms only approve about 50% of the reviews submitted, even though 100% of those reviews are legitimate. We believe the highest level of credentials a company can have is the honest reviews their customers or clients give them. Our clients believe in us and it shows!

Yes, we do. Rush cases receive extra attention, more attempts, and faster response times. Whereas routine serves are worked as part of an overall route (for efficiency purposes), rush serves are not part of our daily route, which means that there are additional fuel expenses and loss of income from other serves, hence the additional fees associated with rush jobs. We also strive to make two attempts per day on rush jobs, as opposed to one attempt per day with routine jobs.
